Pottery necklace

This necklace is crafted from a secondhand pottery shard, carefully cut and hand-shaped before being set in a delicate pendant combining fine silver 999 and sterling silver 925. The pendant is designed with an open back which is not visible when worn.
This pendant does not bear my maker's mark. I had initially planned to apply it after completion, but this would have risked deforming the piece; therefore, I chose not to.
