Please read these Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully before browsing this website. By placing an order on www.mailovebijoux.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms without reservation.
Maïlove Bijoux reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The applicable Terms and Conditions are those in effect at the time of the order.

2. PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, photos and descriptions are provided for reference only and may slightly differ from the final product due to artisanal processes or screen settings.
Variations in shape, color, texture, or finish due to the handmade nature of the creations cannot be considered defects.
Our creations are exclusively available online at www.mailovebijoux.com.
3. MATERIALS
Each Maïlove piece is carefully handcrafted using high-quality materials. I mainly use 925 silver and fine 999 silver, known for their durability and noble quality. I also incorporate vintage or second-hand porcelain, ceramic, or other pottery. Each piece of jewelry bears a 2mm, diamond-shaped maker’s mark.
- For memorial jewelry, I incorporate the personal elements you provide, such as ashes, hair, or photographs. These pieces always include a 925 silver backing.
- However, jewelry that does not contain personal elements (ashes, hair, photos, etc.) may not always have a silver backing. This does not affect the appearance of the piece, as this part remains hidden against the skin when worn. Each creation is unique and carefully crafted to provide a piece that is both beautiful, durable, and meaningful.
Sterling silver is made of 92.5% pure silver, alloyed with 7.5% other metals, mainly copper (never nickel). Pure silver is naturally very soft, adding copper makes the silver stronger.
→ This small amount of copper can, for some people, cause a slight greenish discoloration of the skin, especially if the jewelry is frequently exposed to water, sweat, or chemicals. Each skin reacts differently to copper: some can wear their jewelry constantly without issue, while others should avoid wearing it in the shower, at the pool, or during sports.
Wearing jewelry while sleeping, exposing it to water (shower, bath, sea, pool), or chemicals and cosmetics is strongly discouraged. Any damage, alteration, or skin reaction resulting from not following these precautions cannot engage the seller’s responsibility.
If your jewelry comes into contact with water, products, or sweat, it is recommended to clean and dry it carefully before wearing it again. This will preserve its shine and prevent skin issues.
CONTENTS OF YOUR PACKAGE
> Each order includes a jewelry care guide, a kraft box, and one or two polishing cloths impregnated with a cleaning agent for silver jewelry.
These cloths must be used as intended. In case of skin reaction, irritation, or discomfort, it is recommended to immediately stop using them, wash the area that came into contact with the cloth with soap and water, and consult a healthcare professional if necessary.
Maïlove Bijoux cannot be held responsible for improper use of the polishing cloths or individual reactions.
> I prioritize using recycled or recyclable materials whenever possible.
The cardboard packaging of your jewelry is made mostly from recycled materials.
4. MEMORIAL JEWELRY
For memorial jewelry, Maïlove Bijoux requires receiving the personal elements provided by the client, such as ashes, hair, photos, or any other keepsakes.

The creation of your jewelry will begin only upon full receipt of the items. Maïlove Bijoux commits to making each piece as promptly as possible depending on the complexity of the order and the workload. Delivery times may vary.
Maïlove Bijoux cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of items during shipment to the workshop.
5. USE OF JEWELRY IN COMMUNICATION MATERIALS
Maïlove Bijoux reserves the right to photograph and film the jewelry, including memorial pieces, for communication, promotion, or presentation purposes on social media, the website, or other marketing materials.
Unless explicitly opposed by the client at the time of order, Maïlove Bijoux may temporarily wear the created jewelry to produce visual content (photos, videos, presentations) for its communication channels.
Respecting our clients’ sensitivity and privacy is always a priority. If a client does not want their jewelry to appear in Maïlove Bijoux communications, they simply need to inform us in writing at the time of the order or any time before delivery.
6. PRICES
Prices are indicated in euros (€) or in your local currency, all taxes included (TTC). Delivery fees are not included and will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI).
Maïlove Bijoux reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is placed.
7. ORDER
Any order placed on www.mailovebijoux.com implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Maïlove Bijoux reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order, especially in case of an existing dispute with the client or non-payment of a previous order.
8. PAYMENT
Payment is due immediately at the time of order. You can pay by credit card via our secure payment provider.
Payment information is processed securely; no banking data is stored on our site.
9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are prepared and shipped as promptly as possible, depending on order volume and the nature of the pieces.
Delivery times depend on the shipping method and carrier.
Delivery fees : calculated and displayed during checkout.
If you provide an incorrect address, Maïlove Bijoux cannot be held responsible. However, if you contact us before shipment, we will do our best to update the address.
Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed. Maïlove Bijoux cannot be held responsible for delays or loss related to the carrier.
10. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the handmade and personalized nature of creations, returns and refunds are not accepted, except in case of confirmed manufacturing defects.
If a defect is present, contact us by email (mailovebijoux@gmail.com) within 14 days of receipt with photos and a description of the issue. After this period, no claims or returns will be accepted.
If I confirm the return of the piece of jewelry, you must return it to the address provided within 14 days of confirmation. Jewelry must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition, with proof of deposit and tracking number. The client remains responsible for the jewelry until Maïlove Bijoux receives it.
If repairable, the jewelry will be repaired and resent free of charge. If deemed irreparable, a full refund including return costs will be issued.
No refund or repair is granted for damage resulting from misuse or normal wear.
No refund is granted in case of lost or stolen parcels. In such cases, please contact your local post office to file a claim.
If you wish to purchase a piece again, please contact us to discuss. Reproduction depends on the uniqueness, custom nature, or current availability of the original item.
Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, according to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code. The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized, including memorial jewelry and bespoke creations.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements on www.mailovebijoux.com (texts, images, graphics, logos) are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission, or alteration, in whole or in part, by any means, is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from Maïlove Bijoux.
12. LIABILITY
- Jamie Coelho Freymann cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from misuse of purchased products or internet network issues.
- Jamie Coelho Freymann cannot be held responsible for delays or non-performance resulting from force majeure as defined by French case law.
- In any case, the liability of Jamie Coelho Freymann is limited to the amount of the disputed order.

14. APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be preferred. Otherwise, French courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
