German Shepherd/Malinois collar

This necklace is made from a piece of white porcelain scrap. The image, printed with firing-compatible pigments, is applied to the porcelain and then fired in a potter's kiln: the pigments meld with the glaze, making the image durable and inseparable from the porcelain.
The porcelain is then shaped by hand before being set in a pendant combining 999 fine silver and 925 sterling silver. The pendant is designed with an open back that is not visible when worn.
